CANCELLATION POLICY

Things do happen, that’s why I give everyone a 10 minute grace period. If you are always 10 minutes late you may find yourself unable to book in the future. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are 11 minutes late. There is a 100% no show fee that will be charged for all NO SHOW appointments. This fee is not able to be applied to another appointment. The fee is for my time and supplies and the inconvenience. If we don’t hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment, that’s considered a no show and the fee will automatically be charged. If something comes up, please text me before your appointment at 585-455-7799. Please do not text me and say I’m here. Please do not bring anyone with you. Please make sure you have time for your appointment because I will not rush. I do not respond on messenger or DM. I’m very understanding if I know what’s going on in advance. You will receive a text giving you the location the day before your appointment. Booking your appointment means you agree and understand my policy.
